Beta programme terms

Effective [TO FILL: effective date]

These terms apply in addition to our Terms of service, Privacy policy and Fair use policy when you join the TidyStagingAI™ beta programme by invitation. If they conflict, these beta terms win for as long as you are in the beta.

1. What the beta is

The beta is an invitation-only early release of TidyStagingAI™, run by Tidywork Studio LTD. Your invitation is personal to you (or, for a team, to the company named in it) and cannot be passed on. We may change, pause or end the beta, or remove your access, at any time, and we will tell you when we do.

2. Credits and no payment

You start with the credits shown in your invitation. They are free, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and are used one per staged image as described in the app. For a team, the credits form one pool that the team's Admin shares out. You are not charged anything during the beta. When the beta ends for your account, any credits you have left are removed and your account moves to a new set-up (credits or unlimited usage) that we will agree with you first. If you do not move to a paid plan, we will tell you before anything about your account changes.

3. The “Virtually staged” label

Images you download from a beta account carry the standard “Virtually staged” label by default, exactly as on a paid account, and you can switch it off at download. If you do, you remain responsible for making clear that the images are virtually staged wherever you use them. The rules in sections 5, 6, 7 and 9 of the Terms of service (disclosing staged images, checking every image against the real property, safeguards, and licensed or branded material) apply to beta images in full.

4. Keep it to yourself

Please keep features that are not yet public, pricing, and anything else we tell you is confidential to yourself and your team until we announce it. This does not stop you publishing your own staged images, or telling people that you are trying TidyStagingAI.

5. Your feedback

We want to hear what works and what does not, and you can send it from inside the app. You give us permission to use your feedback, ideas and suggestions to improve our products, without payment, credit or any obligation to you. We will not publish your name, your company or your images as a testimonial or example without asking you first.

6. It is a beta

The beta may contain errors, change without notice, be slower or unavailable at times, and give results that are not right. We do not promise that it will be suitable for your purpose, and everything in our Terms of service about quality, availability and liability applies. Please check every image carefully before you publish it, and tell us about anything that looks wrong using “Report a problem” on the image.

7. Teams

If you join as the Admin of an Enterprise team, you are responsible for who you invite, for them following these terms and the named-seat rules in our named user policy, and for each person signing in with two steps. A seat is for one named person and cannot be shared.

8. Your data

Your developments, photographs and staged images stay on your account as our privacy policy describes. If you leave the beta without moving to a full account, tell us and we will export or delete them on request, and we will not delete them without warning you first.

9. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions about the beta: contact@tidyworkstudio.co.uk.
